La place des femmes dans la ville et le bĂąti : Vers une «dĂ©masculinisation» de lâespace public
Public space has a gender: it is masculine. In concrete terms, how can we demasculinize it and guarantee women access to public space without sexism, street harassment, mental burden, avoidance strategies or exclusion? The panelists will present some ideas and reflections to try to answer this question, notably through concrete initiatives and strategies and good practices.

La place des femmes dans le monde professionnel : Comment accélérer le changement ?
EPFL Alumni and the EPFL Alumni Women Club are organising a round table on the place of women in the professional world. The discussion will focus on how to accelerate change and enable the advancement of women to achieve equality. The panel will be composed of two alumnae in management positions in the pharmaceutical and construction industries, an alumnus entrepreneur and co-founder of Nexthink in the IT sector and a recruitment expert on gender and diversity issues.
